If for any reason you are not happy with your order and need to return it, we are 
happy to assist you using the following guidelines.

• All returns must be within 30 days of purchase.

 

• Returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number which is available  
  by contacting us at sales@etoolsrus.com or calling us at 800-819-TOOL.

 

• Returns for merchandise that has been used or is not in "new" condition is subject 
  to inspection to determine if an exchange or refund is appropriate.

 

• Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the reason for the return is 
  an error on our part.  In such cases we will gladly credit the return freight charges.
