Filters are easily replaceable and require no tools
Comes with the necessary hardware to either bolt the unit tight against the ceiling or to hang if from chains. (Chain and ceiling eye bolts not included)

The fan spins on a rigid 5/8 shaft with the motor using two full-closed ball bearing assemblies
